Building Your Home Apothecary THURSDAY OCT. 26TH, 6-9 PM

Join Leslie Astor of Fifield Road Apothecary for this three hour long, hands on workshop, where you'll learn all about how to begin harvesting, processing and working with herbs-both wild and cultivated-as supportive allies for first aid and home health. This workshop will cover seasonal autumn herbs currently growing nearby, culinary herbs as medicine, and various methods; from teas to tinctures and many things in between, for preserving and turning our precious plants into medicine. You'll take home a helpful handout and some herbal goodies to get you started on your journey to becoming a home herbalist. This course is for beginners-no prior knowledge of herbs is required.

This workshop will take place at Bruern Farms Cafe, located at the Bruern/Milton u Wychwood junction, OX7 6QE. Light refreshments will be served.
