Sunflowers

We end the summer season with a riotous burst of gold and green as our sunflower fields come into bloom. We cultivate sunflowers to press into oil to sell in the shop, but also leave a large swath of flowers to set seed as food for overwintering birds.

The sunflower fields are open at no charge to visitors, and stems can be cut and purchased via our honesty box.
